यह नेता केवल इसलिये कामयाब होते हैं की जनता भी काम लालची नहीं होती। जनता को भी लगता है की नौकरियां  इन नेताओं की जेब में रखी होती हैं और जब चाहो तब ले लो। जागो मेरे देशवासिओं जागो, ऐसे नेताओं को अगले चुनावों में अच्छी तरह से धूल चटाओ।  

Will any minister or leader of any political party tell us how they promise people to give jobs in lakhs? Do they or you know how jobs are created and who is responsible?

I want to tell the public that by taking advantage of the compulsion of the public, they play with your sentiments only to get your vote. Take an oath from today that you will not vote for any leader who promises a job. All these fool the public and get their job done.

These leaders are successful only because the people are no less greedy. People also feel that jobs are kept in the pockets of these leaders and the people can take whenever they want. Wake up my countrymen, dump all such leaders in the next elections. Ensure that all such leaders lick the dust.

There is a serious scarcity of ‘Teaching Professionals (Gurus)’ and the ‘Teaching Employees’ are in abundance. Termites endanger the integrity of a structure, and if left untreated, the level of destruction will only increase. The teaching employees are weakening the nation, a rise in their numbers is directly proportional to spiraling academic degradation.

 One of the main reasons behind such hirings are the incapable selection committees, characterized by such teaching employees. The immediate solution could be to build a pool of teaching professional (Gurus) renowned for their intellectual capability and this group should be relied on for the purpose of constituting the desired ‘Selection Committees’.

 The distinction between these two classes been discussed and tabulated below:

Our custodians are expert planners in making the excellent policies and roadmaps for a crop of quality higher education but there is hardly an effort to identify the good quality seed, farmer and necessary infrastructure for irrigation and organic manure to result in a higher yielding quality crop. Until this is addressed, there can’t be any meaningful output.

There are many Government / Private institutions in the country which are doing gross injustice to their students and consequently to the Nation. Insufficient classrooms, insufficient Laboratories, serious shortage of teaching professionals (Gurus)*, No Technical staff, no Workshop practicals, no engineering drawing halls.

It is very unfortunate that taxpayers' precious hard-earned money is simply going to waste. Is there any way, the custodians can make public the Utilization Factor for the tax-payer’s money spent in the name of higher education? Most unfortunate for the Nation is that the Policies on paper are opposite to the Policies followed in practice.

* Unfortunately institutions are hiring “Teaching Employees'' and not the "Teaching Professionals (GURUS)" because they fail to differentiate between these two terms.

5. Parents are desperate to admit their daughters and sons to engineering college for status.
6. The sole criteria is to get your daughters and sons as professionally qualified industry ready engineers.

Any irresponsible decision creates a problem of unemployability, frustration and at times leading to IRREPARABLE loss to the family.

All the parents are sincerely requested to concentrate only on the last point (6). Government or Private is not that important. Vote bank politics is eroding the moral and constitutional fabric of the nation

The use of religion, caste, region, and freebies to court electoral favour undermines the essence of fair representation. If not addressed promptly, these tactics may take the country further down a dangerous path.

It’s time for bold and thoughtful reforms—before the consequences become irreversible.

A Unified Plea to Constitutional Authorities

We respectfully appeal to Parliamentarians, the Judiciary, and the Election Commission of India to come together and design a future-ready electoral framework. This framework must be resilient against divisive tactics and guided by the values enshrined in the Constitution.

At the same time, it is essential to acknowledge a growing challenge: the increasing presence of individuals in public office who may not be adequately equipped, educationally or ethically, for the sacred responsibility of nation-building. Many enter the system propelled not by public service, but by personal ambition and social influence. While each citizen deserves the right to contest elections, the integrity of Parliament must not be compromised.

This dilemma calls for a structural solution, not a personal indictment.

Reinforcing Democratic Safeguards

Democracy cannot be allowed to decentralise into a stage for unchecked populism or manipulation. Anyone who deliberately incites public sentiment, issues mass dictates, or exploits identity-based fault lines must face lifetime disqualification from public office. Such actions should be met with strong legal consequences, including charges of sedition and rigorous imprisonment.

The system should favour leaders of character, not merely those with charisma, capital, or connections.

Candidate Evaluation: Raising the Bar

The Election Commission may consider implementing an eligibility and aptitude assessment for prospective parliamentarians. Suggested topics could include:

·     Understanding the Constitution and its democratic ethos
·       Awareness of Social Equality and Human Rights
·       Knowledge of the Uniform Civil Code and Secularism
·       Concept of Nationalism and National Unity
·       Fundamentals of Law & Order and Rule of Law

Minimum Preconditions for Contesting Elections

• Educational Qualification: Minimum graduation from a recognized institution
• Transparent Financial Vetting: Candidates’ wealth declarations must be vetted by the Income Tax and Enforcement Directorate to prevent misuse of black or ill-gotten money
• Accountability Clause: Any proven falsification or misrepresentation should result in immediate removal from all public positions, including elected seats

The chief minister of Delhi must tell citizens the source of funding 300 units of electricity free every month. I am sure no power generating company will ever allow a free distribution.

 

He is has started paying Rs.18000/month to the Muslim religious leaders. He should extend it to the religious leaders belonging to all other religions as well, being a SECULAR Chief Minister. I welcome the policy of providing financial support to such people ELSE he must justify the selective move.

 

How will he pay Rs.1000/month to every female in Punjab is a million-dollar question? Why is he making selective citizens the slave of freebies instead of awakening their ‘self-esteem’?

I request people to question all such leaders who announce freebies during elections. People must understand that accepting freebies means compromising their future.

 

I sincerely request the Election Commission and the Finance Minister to kindly examine and enlighten the public that it’s all permitted legally else all kinds of freebies must be banned with immediate effect.

This will put an end to the Divisive Policies, Black Mailing and Horse Trading at the later stage. This idea may solve many of the political problems arising due to the opportunistic politicians.

 

This step may prove to be a guaranty for National Integration and I am very strongly for it. However, opportunistic politicians are likely to oppose it tooth and nail.

Since most faculty in various technical institutes, including premier institutions spend major quality time in doing dirty politics at the expense of the academics, it will be appropriate to hire a ‘Professor of Dirty Politics & Unethical Practices’ for upgrading and honing the skills of such faculty members continuously. Naturally the academics and selection of quality faculty remains totally on the back burner.

Some institutes have already started the centers for imparting education in dirty politics and unethical practices using a disguised name to fool the outside public and visitors.

Basically it is the sweet outcome mainly due to a driver driving a bus of academics without a valid driving license. The mandatory requirement of publishing research papers has promoted Plagiarism, manipulated research, mushrooming of very substandard commercial journals etc. The main objective of making this a mandatory requirement is to indirectly build the biodata (CV) of faculty members. Every policy is basically faculty centric at the expense of the research students. However commercial journals are thankful to such policy makers for assuring fortune to them.

Most horrifying is the fact that some unscrupulous persons launch a journal from their laptop and publish papers to meet the requirement for their selection. Once selected, the journal dies prematurely. It is quite often seen that Research Supervisors exploit the research students only for completing the eligibility criterion for their next promotion / selection. Publications by coercing the research students seldom result in quality publications. Just check how many teachers have single author publications? There were no such compulsions sometime until mid-nineties and I am sure PhD theses produced before this condition was launched, were no less in quality.

Research Publications must be the outcome of self-motivation of the researcher and the chemistry with the Research Supervisor. I sincerely appeal and request the Directors & Vice Chancellors, UGC, AICTE and Ministry of Education to abolish this real unhealthy practice with immediate effect to arrest the further decline of research and academics.
