Jaipur: A case has been registered against the director, producer, and actor of the film 'PK' at the Bajaj Nagar police station in Jaipur, police said today. A case under section 295A (deliberate and malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings) and 153A (promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, race, place of birth, residence, language) of the IPC was lodged last evening against director, producer and actor of the film, SHO Bajaj Nagar Chiranji Lal said today.

Comment:
The producer and director both should be questioned more than Aamir Khan for portraying disrespect to the God in PK. However, it doesn't absolve Aamir of his involvement in the act of disrespecting the God in PK. The case has already been registered on the subject. Details are given above. I appreciate and admire the tolerance of the society for not taking law in her hands. Filing a case is as per the law of the land.

It has been noticed that the some sort of impression is created as if only Aamir Khan is responsible for disrespecting the God in PK. There is not a single word against the Producer and Director for portraying the disrespect to the God. Please note that both the Producer and Director are Hindus. Therefore giving it a religious colour will be unfair to one and all.

Aamir Khan, however is responsible for making a very pointed remark on Intolerance which he had made with his full knowledge & understanding. His statement could have created unrest in the country. Sri Aamir please note that Indians are very sensible and highly tolerant people. Please don't try to take us for a ride.

I once again would like to reiterate that issues related to Intolerance or any other issue must not be seen as related to Muslims / Hindus. Traitors have no religion. Let us use wisdom while taking decisions. Such issues must not be given any other colour except the anti-National act.

There is no Captain rank in CRPF. I have not been able to verify the news about Sri Shakir Khan but I would like to react to the classification as "Indian Muslim".

The stress here is on how Indians must be addressed.

True Indian is just and appropriate address. There should be no distinction or classification like Indian Muslim / Indian Hindu / Indian Christian / Indian Sikh / Indian Jain etc. etc. Indian is an Indian. Let us be Indian and remain Indian only.

When so much noise is made about something then one feels like analysing it. I have been doing the same in last few days. Then came suddenly the shocking outburst of Sri Aamir Khan on the same subject the other day, has forced me to complete the analysis quickly in the interest of the society and the Nation. Though I have requested Sri Aamir Khan to come out with the facts on the basis of which he has made a very pointed remark but I just don’t know whether he will oblige us is anybody’s guess. I really don’t know whether the outburst is factual or politically motivated or motivated by the personal hatred he has for Sri Modi.

I am absolutely sure and confident that there is NO INTOLERANCE in the country. We have been living in peace and will continue to do so. It is only the handiwork of some unscrupulous and corrupt politicians who for the sake of hanging around can go to any extent. These politicians are worse than the British colonisers who had no love, affection and consideration for Indians. They were foreigners and were here with the sole intention of looting the Nation. They succeeded in learning quite early during their strangulating hold on the country that the greatest weakness of Indians was “Can’t stay united”. This was en-cashed and exploited without any effort and they ruled us for more than 200 years. This we teach very happily and with pride that Britishers had “Divide & rule policy and they enslaved us for more than 200 years” to our students in the early years of schooling without any shame.

We don’t teach that we as Indians were the greatest fools who remained divided and Britishers had the last laugh.

It is unfortunate that some unscrupulous and corrupt politicians for whom politics is business to mint money to the extent that they have to stash it in foreign banks. They use all kinds of tactics to keep the Nation divided for remaining in seat such that they continue to milk the Nation. Their main agenda always is polarization on the basis of religion, caste, region, language and FREEBIES. It is quite understandable that money stashed abroad makes a country poor. The same money is given to us as loan and we pay interest on top of it. It is a double negative impact, paying interest on our own money.

Bunch of such crooked politicians / businessmen / industrialists / Government officials irrespective of their POLITICAL ALIGNMENTS are probably feeling uncomfortable may be due to positive:

1. Check on corruption
2. Check and unearthing of black money particularly which has been stashed in foreign banks
3. Direct defence deals ending the possibility of cuts
4. Strict work place discipline
5. Little more transparency in purchases
6. Fear of possible outcome of enquiries related to corruption / frauds / indiscipline which are pending / likely to get initiated.

It looks the only way out to divert the attention of the Government is to create the atmosphere of Hatred / Intolerance / Anarchy etc. etc. in the country to save their skin and be able to continue with their established practices. 

It is not difficult to understand that these unscrupulous politicians like the Britishers, are expert in exploiting both Hindus and Muslims. Hindus have been taken for granted and Muslim population has been taken as “Vote Bank”. What are the reasons for everyone competing against each other to become a self-appointed Messiah / Caretaker of the community? I request Muslims to read between the lines. It is shame that some unscrupulous politicians (cunning & crooked) are treating in particular the Muslim population like a fixed deposit in the bank to be en-cashed during elections (Vote bank politics).

Education, respect & acceptability of all religions (There is no way out), patriotism, feeling of pain for each other and above all, the loyalty for the Nation will only take us and our Nation forward. We have suffered in the past, we are suffering in the present and we will continue to suffer in future if we don’t change NOW. It is live and let live. Use of force, hatred and insensitivity to each other’s feelings & sentiments will destroy us.

Let us bond together and build a formidable India

Sri Aamir Khan may be right within his right to express but he has made a very pointed remark which is painting the Nation black. I request him to come out with factual TABULATED DATA to prove his point on “Growing Intolerance” in the society for the sake of educating the masses. The tabulation should be from 1947 onwards may be in a following format:

He is duty bound to clarify and justify his POINTED REMARK which he has made with full wisdom. He should have taken this a hot topic for “Satyamev Jayete”. He will do a great service to the Nation. He is a well-known public figure and loved by one and all in the country. Such loose utterances without supporting documents are the ones least expected from such responsible persons.

Failing which country will treat him and all such people as TRAITORS since their act and utterances are bound to destroy the strong bond the Indian society is enjoying since ages. We are proud of our people for maintaining the peace & harmony and having faith in each other despite the concerted and crooked intentions of some persons who aren't comfortable in leading a disciplined life.

The Constitution of India guarantees certain Fundamental Rights to the Citizens of India. Right to freedom and this includes speech and expression, assembly, association or union or cooperatives, movement, residence, and right to practice any profession or occupation. This freedom stands withdrawn and the person(s) attract(s) punishment as per the law of land when their act(s) result in compromising the security of the State, friendly relations with foreign countries, public order, decency or morality.

I request all honest citizens to ask Sri Aamir Khan to substantiate his claim. Last but not the least, he may be right. We all will join him in the crusade against INTOLERANCE but only after HE PROVES HIS POINT. We are expecting an honest reply at the earliest.

Without any prejudice to the Bihar situation, I really wonder whether the country should invest so heavily in education sector. MHRD is having a second largest budget after defence.

What is the meaning of education when the ultimate planners and managers are going to be REALLY uneducated and corrupt? The very simple example of running a system without wisdom is the demand of Rs.15.00 lacs in everybody’s savings bank account. Such uneducated leaders don’t have very basic knowledge of utilizing unearthed black money. They don’t even know that every rupee of black money recovered can’t be distributed to individuals. It belongs to the Government.

Only uneducated & corrupt politicians have guts to make such demand in public and ELECTION COMMISSION remains a silent spectator.

People themselves are equally responsible for electing such corrupt politicians. I appeal to the people of India not to get divided on the basis of caste, religion, language and vote only for NATIONAL ISSUES. Come and let us join to make everyone’s life prosperous, safe and enjoyable. JUST BOYCOTT SUCH UNSCRUPULOUS POLITICIANS.

I also request everyone to share this as much as possible till the Election Commission / Honourable Supreme Court of India takes note of this. How can immature self-certified corrupt and uneducated politicians be allowed to write / guide our DESTINY?

The current outcome of Bihar reminds me of the story I had read while I was in class-II. The title of the story was “ANDHER NAGARI CHAUPAT RAJA, TAKE SER BHAJI, TAKE SER KHAJA (अंधेर नगरी चौपट राजा, टके सेर भाजी, टके सेर खाजा)” which means “Knaves alone reign in the kingdom of fools”.

I have been repeatedly requesting the GOI to TAME the BCCI. I had frankly expressed not to play Cricket with Pakistan at neutral venue. BCCI must wait till the playing conditions in Pakistan improve. Now what was the urgency of offering them to play in India? The response of the Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Sri Shahryar Khan is not in good taste and is an insult to the Nation that could have been avoided easily. It is understandable that playing in Pakistan can be a security risk but what about Pakistan not playing India? Is it the security risk for Pakistani team as well?

BCCI HAS ALLOWED PAKISTAN CRICKET BOARD TO PAINT INDIA IN THE SAME COLOUR?

BCCI shouldn't act like a State within the Union of India. I am not against BCCI but definitely feel insulted when country is insulted due to their immature act. They may be directed to seek clearance / approval from MEA before signing any agreement with other countries since BCCI is not at all concerned for the self-respect of the country. It seems MONEY is everything for them.

Similarly the 2009 Indian Premier League Season-2 (IPL 2) was played in South Africa between 18 April and 24 May 2009 and it resulted in huge outflow of valuable foreign exchange. Did BCCI take clearance / approval from GOI? BCCI simply proved that playing IPL was more important than anything else.

मुगलिया हुकूमत की क्रूरता देखने के लिए लोग इकट्ठे हो चुके थे, वो बिल्कुल शांत बैठे थे , प्रभु परमात्मा में लीन। लोगो का जमघट। सब की सांसे अटकी हुई। शर्त के मुताबिक अगर गुरु तेग बहादुर जी इस्लाम कबूल कर लेते है तो फिर सब हिन्दुओं को मुस्लिम बनना होगा बिना किसी जोर जबरदस्ती के।  

गुरु जी का होंसला तोड़ने के लिए उन्हें बहुत कष्ट दिए गए।  तीन महीने से वो कष्टकारी क़ैद में थे। उनके सामने ही उनके  सेवादारों भाई दयाला जी , भाई मति दास और उनके ही अनुज भाई सती दास को बहुत कष्ट देकर शहीद किया जा चुका था। लेकिन फिर भी गुरु जी इस्लाम अपनाने के लिए नही माने। औरंगजेब के लिए भी ये इज्जत का सवाल था , क्या वो गिनती में छोटे से धर्म से हार जायेगा।

समस्त हिन्दू समाज की भी सांसे अटकी हुई थी क्या होगा? लेकिन गुरु जी अडोल बैठे रहे। किसी का धर्म खतरे में था धर्म का अस्तित्व खतरे में था। एक धर्म का सब कुछ दांव पे लगा था।हाँ या ना पर सब कुछ निर्भर था। खुद चलके आया था औरगजेब लालकिले से निकल कर सुनहरी मस्जिद के काजी के पास,

उसी मस्जिद से कुरान की आयत पढ़ कर यातना देने का फतवा निकलता था। वो मस्जिद आज भी है गुरुद्वारा शीस गंज, चांदनी चौक दिल्ली के पास। पुरे इस्लाम के लिये प्रतिष्ठा का प्रश्न था. आखिरकार जालिम जब उनको झुकाने में कामयाब नही हुए तो जल्लाद की तलवार चल चुकी थी। और प्रकाश अपने स्त्रोत में लीन हो चुका था।

ये भारत के इतिहास का एक ऐसा मोड़ था जिसने पुरे भारत का भविष्य बदल के रख दिया। हर दिल में रोष था। कुछ समय बाद गोबिंद राय जी ने जालिम को उसी के अंदाज़ में जवाब देने के लिए खालसा पंथ का सृजन की। समाज की बुराइओं से लड़ाई ,जोकि गुरु नानक देव जी ने शुरू की थी अब गुरु गोबिंद सिंह जी ने उस लड़ाई को आखिरी रूप दे दिया था। दबा कुचला हुआ निर्बल समाज अब मानसिक रूप से तो परिपक्व हो चूका था लेकिन तलवार उठाना अभी बाकी था। खालसा की स्थापना तो गुरु नानक देव् जी ने पहले चरण के रूप में 15 शताब्दी में ही कर दी थी लेकिन आखरी पड़ाव गुरु गोबिंद सिंह जी ने पूरा किया। जब उन्होंने निर्बल लोगो में आत्मविश्वास जगाया और उनको खालसा बनाया और इज्जत से जीना सिखाया। निर्बल और असहाय की मदद का जो कार्य उन्होंने शुरू किया था वो निर्विघ्न आज भी जारी है।

गुरु तेग बहादुर जी जिन्होंने भारत की चादर बनकर तिलक और जनेऊ की रक्षा की , उनका एहसान भारत वर्ष को नही भूलना चाहिए । सुधीजन जरा एकांत में बैठकर सोचें अगर गुरु तेग बहादुर जी अपना बलिदान न देते तो हर मंदिर की जगह एक मस्जिद होती और घंटियों की जगह अज़ान सुनायी दे रही होती।

Expression of feelings:
Hindus have survived due to sacrifices of Gurus. Entire Hindu community is indebted to them. No one can / shall ever forget their sacrifices. They are Gurus for Hindus as well. They are "Sanjha" Gurus. They are  also Gurus for entire Hindu community as a matter of fact.

She is not an exception. There are many more in fact no shortage of similar category teachers in the country. One can easily find some in Delhi itself. You will be ASTONISHED to come across teachers even with master's & Ph.D. degrees behaving the same way. 

Such teachers / faculty are able to produce in large numbers the literate (uneducated) graduates every year. Mismatch of Qualification and Knowledge today is causing frustration amongst the youth. These graduates aren’t able to sustain their respective work places. The scenario is real bad for our industries. Bad and dishonest Teachers destroy the career and life of students. 

The burning example of this dishonest (both academic & financial corruption) selection process is the case of DTU reported by the Times of India on March 13, 2015. Kindly go through the link below for details.

NEW DELHI: Delhi Technological University (DTU) has been directed to nullify the appointment of teachers who did not meet minimum criteria for recruitment, bar the committee members responsible for their selection from participating in such a process in future and stop “all processes initiated by former VC”. The March 4 letter from the Department of Training and Technical Education (DTTE) communicating the Lieutenant Governor’s directions is addressed to the new vice-chancellor of DTU. 

In March last year, LG Najeeb Jung had constituted a three-member committee headed by former chief secretary of Delhi, R Narayanaswami, to conduct an inquiry into allegations of corruption in a 2012 round of recruitment at DTU. The posts advertised had been for the positions of professor and associate professor. The committee had submitted its report by July, 2014. It had observed that in that round, eligible candidates hadn't been given a chance while several ineligible ones were not only called for interviews but even selected. The former vice chancellor, on whose watch these breaches took place, was sent on leave pending inquiry and has since retired………..

This clearly proves that for the sake of personal gains, the selection process has been reduced to a joke. The overall deterioration in education and research across the country is the result of this faulty and corrupt system. Such substandard teachers aren't capable of teaching the right subjects and hence the whole caucus gets busy in redesigning the Academic Curriculum to suit the individual’s comfort level at the expense of the career of the students and industrial growth. Who bothers for the quality and content of the academic programme? There is no accountability rather whole system gear up to shield such teachers / faculty. This nexus in selection procedure is impacting GDP directly. GDP contribution hasn't touched even 20% from manufacturing sector.

It is because of this failure of literate (uneducated) engineers to sustain "Made in India" that GOI is compelled to go in for "Make in India". It is foolish to expect anything beyond. How do the experts who were responsible for such selections sleep peacefully? 

But what is the solution? Who is responsible for this ROT? Faculty entering through back-door must be made to exit from the same door no matter how much time they have served. NO MERCY, COME WHAT MAY.

Illegally selected faculty is like cobra venom and selectors are cobras. Antidote is their removal and pulling of fangs is equally important, that is banning all such selectors for life from taking any position of responsibility etc. It is high time to act. Start prescribing bitter pills. Let us weed out such people for all round development of the Nation. Society has to take the call.

DTU episode reported in papers must be done JUSTICE. ACADEMIC FRATERNITY IS DESPERATE TO SEE THAT ATLEAST THE REPORTED DAMAGE IS UNDONE.
