PhD degree is mandatory for becoming a faculty in an institution of repute. These guidelines are due to the hard work done by the custodians of the higher education in the country. - Is there a possibility of arresting this exponential decay that has already taken place in the quality of research in the country?
There are many more issues but the right response to the above issues will take care of them. The logical answer will help us in:

Mostly, the topics of PhD are selected just to fulfill the qualification demand.And not only the custodians or the higher authority, but the PhD scholars are also responsible for this due to Mental slavery and lack of guidance from true research supervisor.
