Nothing will work as long as the DEMOCRACY is governed by opportunistic politicians busy 24 hours in planning, inventing & reinforcing only the VOTE BANK POLITICS. Where population is completely (almost) polarized on the basis of caste, religion, language, location and income.

Prof Sunil Pandey is a Welding Fabrication and Manufacturing Scientist & Consultant.
